We stopped by the dealership with the plan to just check out different models of Subuarus as we were considering one but never had one and wanted to get familiar with them. Instead, salesman Shayar Asif met with us and was very informative and helpful and we wound up purchasing and leaving with a 2025 Subaru Forester (wilderness) that afternoon. Great Great dealer service. Got an appointment within an hour of my call. Rich Ciarletta was the guy who I spoke, and as soon as I walked in the dealer, he recognized me. Is that not.amazing. We went over the issue and within a few minutes I was informed the issue. Rich was very informative and got the issue taken care of with his Great team of knowledgeable mechanics. It was under the warranty and the service people not charge me anything. I can tell you with this service and excellent customer care they have got my business. I am not going anywhere now. It will be Empire Subaru for anything. You guys are excellent. Thank you.
